LJK Communications was appointed by the National Tyre Distributors Association to carry out the launch of one of the most important awareness building weeks in the Northern Ireland calendar; National Tyre Safety Week.

It was important that the event took place in a central venue, accessible to all media as well as highlighting the key messages surrounding tyre safety. The grounds of Stormont Estate were secured and the event played host to a number of tyre safety demonstrations as well as representation from the Police Service of Northern Ireland and the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.

Widespread coverage was secured following the launch which included UTV Live, Irish News Television, City Beat Radio, each daily newspaper as well as a large number of regional titles.
